Because the garage door *** springs is not available locally, I went online and google for the item and came across the item I needed via website ***. On 4/23/2020, I placed my order with the spring factory under order#2899 and the dimension are as follow:

I received the items following my order but the size dimension is bigger in width and longer in length therefore would not work with my garage. I research for their contact info but there is only email address available so on 4/27/2020 I sent them an email via their email address [email protected] and explain that the product I received is not the correct size that I had ordered. Their response is "Tien- We apologize you did not get our previous message on this. These are the high cycle life spring you ordered, they take the same amount of turns when installing they will simply last longer." I responded back to them indicating that "I'm sorry but the size is not right it is much longer and the spring size is bigger it absolutely does not work. I want my money back please since we can not get the right size. How do I go returning this and getting the money back please? I will shop elsewhere for the right size 218 x 2 x 23?". They did not response to my email. So again I sent them another email indicating that I will report them to Revdex.com then immediately someone from the spring factory online sent me chat asking if I had try to connect the spring to my garage and I explained that I did. The rep from the chat ask me to take a photo of my garage and sent to them so they can review if the spring they sent fit my type of garage. I sent them image of my garage door, side by side garage door *** springs comparison of the one that I had and the one that they had sent me and up to today I did not get a response from them. All I want at this point is to get my money back please since the incorrect size the item order is not the size we had placed. Greatly appreciate your help on this.
We deeply apologize for the delay in response. In dealing with Covid-19, response time can be extended. A refund has been issued for this order. Generally we do not offer refunds for springs as they are custom cut as specified by you. This being said we are trying to work with everyone during these tough times because we are all in this together!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. When will I see my refund and how do I go about returning the product that they sent to me? Will they sent me a pre-paid postage label?
