scheduled to be done at the end of March. You agreed with waiting until the weather got better when we originally set up the end of March. If you wanted them done earlier all it would have taken was a simple phone call. Not an unnecessary complaint.

It was not an unnecessary complaint number one, the concrete work was terrible and that had been resolved and the eyesore pipe that was left there. It now looks decent. Why did they not do it correct the first time. The grass pile that was left has now been cleared. There are a few things that I do not feel were resolved. Under the back foot still is very sloppy, also the dent/ scratches to my water heater. How can u resolve that. It looks like I purchase a dent damaged one. Which was not in that condition previous to the work in my basement. Also the broken lawn items, they have not been replaced. The man who was out Thursday did re spray for mold. So that was good. He was polite and I appreciated his help. He sealed the coal door but it is a putty , and I have to repaint it he used a tan color and it is a black door. It has not dried hard. About half the issues have been resolved.

They did come out and fix the area that leaked water, I had told them before when they first completed job why did you not do that area, they stated we don't move stairs,so caused a lot of extra work for me to clean up that mess. It appears to be holding so far. One whole side of my house they did not treat the same as other sides due to driveway.
