On May 11th, at 2pm, *** (technician for The Sprinkler Guy Inc) provided a service at *** ***'s (customer) house at (address not listed because of personal info)
Their arrival time was approximately 3pm*** and another tech
stayed for over hours leaving at approximately 5pm yet we only charged her the $for the Service Visit Fee, but could have charged for hours of labor because we do not include any repair time in our visit fee
*** *** has an old well system, which was suffering from an unknown leak and a lack of pressure*** investigated the problem which we eventually found was caused by an *** crew that cut through *** ***'s high pressure lineHe explained nothing more could be done on our endHer total charge for May 11th was $for the Service Visit Fee*** paid with a hundred dollar bill(We owed her $20) He also told her about some heads that could be replaced and offered to return if she wanted to do the bid work after *** fixed the main high pressure line
On June 23, in the afternoon, several weeks later, *** *** called our office from a blocked numberOur Office Manager let the call go to voicemail because we often times get telemarketers so we do not answer "Blocked ID" phone callsNo message was leftOur Office Manager left the office for roughly a half an hour to run and errand and came back to seven missed calls from a blocked id, and still no message was left
After 10-more "blocked calls" in a span of five minutes, our Office Manager answered the phone to find it was *** *** calling repeatedlyAt this time, *** *** said she had a problem with a leak and that it was a "quick fix" and she wanted someone to stop by that same dayWe informed her that our schedule was full and our earliest appointment was two weeks out*** *** was abusive and her call was terminated
*** *** then began to call us repeatedly for over twenty minutes, at which time I, *** *** (owner of The Sprinkler Guy Inc) answered the phone*** *** yet again was abusive and threatening*** told her we would not be working for and hung up the phone
*** *** called another ten to fifteen times before giving up on her personal tirade against my staff
We have abided by all Revdex.com practices and principles, and will continue to do so in the future

Notice that *** does not suggest he will refund the $he admits he received for no work doneHe also has no specifics to his allegations that anyone on our end was abusive because we were notOur calls kept losing the connection and so we called until we reached someone who said she would call back but did not call backWe finally reached this person again and asked to speak to the owner, the owner called and without listening to a word other than we wanted to explain what had occurred at our property, he shouted into the phone to never call back and hung upThis is obviously poor business practices and is consistent with why his former scheduler no linger wanted to work for him and why his field crew was uncomfortable with him as wellIn truth he does not know the case at allWe have no wellHis guys and scheduler promised to return ASAP to fix heads and not to charge us for a second tripThe heads were to be repaired at per head after the pump system was back up, which was the following dayWe called to schedule but could only leave a messageNo return call was made to us for weeks, although we left voicemail messagesWhen we did reach someone, the new scheduler, she did not understand that we could not wait more weeks for heads to be fixed as the areas needed to be irrigated now as soon as possible and this had been promised priorWhen we asked to speak to the owner, she turned our call over to him but must have said we were abusive because when he called he had no decorum as if we were the type to physically attack or do harmWe called and left one final message that we expected a refund or we pull report him and file in small claims court if necessary to get our refundSince you can clearly see that he does not wish to do the work his company did not do, repair heads, we want a full refund of

The company owner continues to indicate just how unprofessional he is by calling namesHis manners and decorum speak volumesBeware
The company employees were unable to start the system due to a leakStarting a system is not flipping a switchIt is diagnosing when the system does not produce water to the sprinklers and making sure that the system is operational
The company employees did not diagnose anythingI showed them the switch to turn on the system, flipped it on myself and then took them to the sprinklers, which were not turning on
After they could not figure it out, I proceeded to diagnose the problem myselfI found the leak, took photos, called the utilities company, had the leak fixed the next day, spoke to the scheduler (who was leaving the company) who said she would pass the info to the owner who she said would then send the guys back out, (the same guys), but no one called or rescheduled even after several attempts were made over weeks to reach someone at the company
Both the workers and the scheduler who was leaving the company knew and volunteered that the payment of $would be applied to the next visit when the workers returned and performed the job they were hired to do, successfully start up the system
Had the workers returned and started the system sucessfully, there would be no complaintNone of the job was done as they were not allowed to return by the ownerInstead the owner has chosen to waste time calling names and continues to say that by complaining to the Revdex.com, he is being "harassed"Every business owner could make such an excuse instead of resolving issues with customersAgain, consumers beware of this comapnyA refund must be given and we suggest that the Revdex.com look further into this company's business practices and no longer endorse this businessUnprofessionalism is never isolated
