When Mediacom went digital, the TV's on the equipment went out, later to find out it was the boards inside them that were outdatedI asked office about it and they said that after $500, the StJoe company was supposed to pick up the cost of equipment since they own it, and the gym is leased out
I have asked over and over about it, and friends of mine have complained tooI have given it time, knowing how things are, nothing happens overnightHere I am a year later, and I cant watch TV, while I work out which was one of the main reasons I chose this gym in particular
I see notices and things of that nature, but I am happy with the gym rates, etc, but I am fed up with thisDo what you are supposed to do via contract! Or buy new equipment for the gym of the same qualityI am willing to spread the word about this issue furtherI am a paying customer, and I should get what I pay forIt has been over a yearFed up!
