Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The owner of the business, Chaz B***, stated in his response that the policy is posted by the register, however it is so far below eye level, and so far to the right of the main part of the counter, where the register is located, and below waist level that it is not visible if other people are standing in front of that part of the counterPlease see the attached photoI copied the attached photo from an article written on July 2, It can be seen at this link: [redacted] I am unable to take a photo of my own because the camera on my cell phone is not working and I was sure the staff would have prevented me from doing so with my actual cameraI didn't want them to initiate a physical confrontation where either my camera got broken, or I got injuredThe area where the register is located is circled in blue and the area circled in red, right where Chaz B [redacted] is standing in front of the glass counter on the right, is where I recall finding the return policy when I was there on December 26, On that day, the part of the counter where the register is located was cluttered with containers of pens, pencils, and other little "ad-ons," but this is the place where a sign regarding the return policy should be located so that customers see it when they are rung up.MrB [redacted] also stated that I was informed of the policy regarding returns, but I was NOT informed BEFORE making the purchaseI was only informed after I saw the statement printed on the receipt and called to inquire if they would refund my moneyRegarding the return policy being printed on the receipt, since the customer has already made the purchase, the fact that the policy is printed on the receipt does them no good; they've already paid!The fact that I received a discount is irrelevant, as is the fact that Chaz B [redacted] has been in the sports memorabilia business for years with the same return policy, since I had never purchased anything from his business in the past and NEVER will in the futureI will also tell everyone I know not to shop in this store because the staff are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent, and the selection is not anywhere near as good as the owner boasts.I have already returned the item I purchased and bought other items in place of it because the days would have been up the next day, and I didn't want to be stuck with a jersey my boyfriend didn't likeHowever, I will NEVER set foot in that store againAt this point I just hope that my complaint helps a future customer in the same situation as myselfThank you Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer was told about our policy and it is on the receipt that the customer receives and post by the registarWe have been in business yrs and have had the same policy sinceThe customer also received a discount for the jersyWe can give her a gift certificate for the full amount

I'm sorry that [redacted] is not happy with our policy, it IS posted in 2 places. We've been in business for several years and we've had the same policy and we don't have exceptions because in due respect of our other customers.
