I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. If the business is giving me the "Subscription Price" included the premium edition WHY do I not receive the newspaper for a FULL thirteen weeksI have been keeping track for over six months now and I lose -days EVERY thirteen week subscription and when I have contacted them (numerous times I add) they have responded with the fact of adjusting the time due to cover the price of the "PREMIUM MAGAZINES" So unfortunately I would like a more permanent resolutionI would like to be billed for thirteen weeks and receive thirteen weeks of servicesNot lose days over that period of time.

While I understand the frustration of the customer, as it is stated on every subscription offer that “up to a $2 premium charge is added to all subscriptions for each Premium Edition. Premium Editions are not included in the above price and your subscription will be adjusted accordingly.” When Premium Editions are inserted into the daily newspaper they are delivered to every home delivered customer. If credit for these premium Editions is requested they can be made by emailing [redacted]. If credit is requested, the amount of the Premium Edition will be credited back into customer’s account and no days will be lost

Your account has been selected as an “opt-out” customer for the [redacted] Publication. What this means if you will not have a rate increase due to this Publication. You will, however, continue to receive it in your Sunday paper but there will be not a charge due to it being published in your paper....

Thank you for your continued readership
