Driver said otherwiseIf you weren't trying to scam me why did you send me an untraceable label? Why did you lie about not getting the package back? And now you say you did?? So you got it back please refund me

That is mostly because Jennifer said she would not refund or replaceAnyways, I sent the message the same day and I provided photosThe message stated you provided the return labelI questioned that it had no tracking number, so that is issue number one, I did get a message after that saying when it was delivered as if I said that I did not get my package(I never stated I didn't get anything) I got another messaging saying that this box is not yours, but the box says stash tea on iteven when I agreed to a replacementBasically, instead of filing a claim for the beat up package, I only got rudenessMy first messages were ignored, I have the sent messageI do like how this message here says you got my message BUT LISA stated you did not get them(why was my message ignored?) so I have gotten some lies tooHowever I believe they intended to scam me, Why send me a label with no tracking? Also if this snowman mug did not come from the stash tea website, than where is my tea I paid for? and why do they refuse to file a claim with usps? The box was returnedIt only takes three days, the guilty party refused to help, and did not want to file a claim, I wonder why that is? I stayed at the address longer thinking they would honor their wordBut rude Jennifer said neither and showed me tracking, and now nothing as of thenMaking it seem like I said I did not get my packageThis company sells snowman mugs, there is no way I could have made this upJennifer actually said at some point they do not sell that, but I had to check and make sure and they doIf you do not want my future business, it is fine, but do not scam me and expect me to just give upnot cool guys

You have been refunded

On 12/1/17 [redacted] placed an order for our holiday tea collection and the order was processed and shipped.  Our tracking information shows it was delivered on 12/8 and that same day we received an email from the customer stating that she didn't receive the correct order.  She supplied a...

photo of a broken mug that, based on what we could see, does not appear to be a product we sell.  On 12/12 we responded and apologized that she had received the wrong item and offered to reship the tea she ordered.  She responded that she wanted a refund as she would not be at the address provided.  Our company policy requires product to be returned to provide a refund so we provided the customer a prepaid shipping label to send the product back so that we could further investigate it.  Internally we had checked with our shipping department to confirm the weight and dimentions of the package.  We were able to determine, based on the weight and size, that the tea she ordered had been shipped.  The box size and weight it matches with the tea collection she ordered.  We have specific shipping boxes for items and their combinations.  On 12/13 the customer responded that the post office wouldn't take it.  Again, we asked that the customer ship it back with the prepaid label and assured her that we've had other customers ship back broken items.  On 12/26 we had received a new notification from the customer that they had shipped it back and would like a refund, but didn't provide the tracking information.  At this point we have not yet received the package.  Again, we have offered to reship the tea the customer had originally purchased, but in order to process a return and refund we do need the product back.  We have receive multiple emails from the customer to which we have responded to in a timely manner, only missing days that we were closed.  We have tried to be very accommodating and at each request we made to be able to help solve this problem, the customer would refuse to provide us with what we needed to process her refund.
