Beware this company - Wasted 8 hours! I made appointment with them and was asked to give them 3 hours to show up. I called them in the first hour and was told that I just need to wait. In the end of the third hour I called them and they said their technician is too far from me and they try to find someone else. After waiting for another hour (4 hours of wait!) I called them again they asked me to schedule for another day. I decided to give them another try and schedule for the following week on Tuesday from 8 to 11 am. I called them at 9 am and they told me that technician on the way and will call me about 30 min before arriving. I called them at 10am and they told me the same thing. When I called them at 11 they told me "We are trying to get a hold our technician. We will call you in the next 5-10 minutes." No one called me back and I called 30 minutes later. They just told me that they still can not get in touch with their technician and suggested to book another appointment!
