I am rejecting this response because:This response from The Sterling Hotel is a crock of bull. The letter in which she sent to you about long term guest was never given to us. If so I would have provided it for you. Also I am on a job in Rawlings Wyoming with over half of the people that stayed in that hotel. During conversation it has come to our attention that everyone who paid cash deposit for their rooms are the ones being stiffed and the ones paying with bank or credit card are receiving a full deposit back. All I want is the remainder of my deposit back. I have several names and phone numbers of others who left before and after me that have and haven't received their money. [redacted] checked out on the same day as I did and on Saturday 7/16/2016 he received $400 back onto his bank card. Now I ask you, what makes him different that I ,that he received his full refund and I don't? I have his phone number if you wish to verify this, [redacted]. I am a very fair person and right is right and wrong is wrong and I will not let these people take advantage of me or anyone else.
