I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I did receive my check, but I still don't understand why it took phone calls and months to receive a refundI think some policy changes are needed as this is a poor way to operate a business and treat your customers I will make every possible attempt to avoid using this lab in the futureI will let my friends know about the difficulty I had getting a refund from this medical facility I would like to thank the Revdex.com for helping, because I got an immediate response from the lab after you contacted them

We made several attempts to contact the parents of the patient concerning a billing issue with the test. The phone number given on the test request number was not a valid number and a letter was sent to the address on the patient's requisition. We did not hear anything from the patient's
parents about this. Statements are sent on a monthly basis and it's for any patient with an open balance to receive a statement. The test was performed and the results have been available for weeks. Since the parents of the patient do not wish to receive the results we will write off the patient's balance and instruct the lab to never send the results out. The results are routinely held when there is a billing issue to clarify. If the parents want to receive the results they may phone us at *** *** and ask to speak to the billing department. The number on the test request form is typed in so we are sure that the number we are calling is the number on the test request form. We regret that we were not able to complete this business transaction to the parents satisfaction as we value all of our clients

We apologize for the oversight.  All refund checks as a matter of company policy are sent out the next month.  The check should have been processed in November.  I show that a check was sent out on January 23, 2018.  If you do not receive the check by Monday February 5th please...

I am rejecting this response because: First, the number on the form is a valid number, it's OUR number and they never tried to call us.Second, the results has been never sent to us, they are always sent to the pediatrician, and she never received themThird, we never received any letter, until now that we received the $800 bill. It's pretty weird that this bill made its way out to us, but no the other documents you say were sent.There is no proof at all that the test was performed, and again, any "result" that the lab can made up as up today is completely invalid and suspicious.If you sent us an email asking for the date the sample was collected, how is that possible that you couldn't send another email telling us about any issue?? Completely false statement.
