The Still Point Spa

Review: The Still Point refuses to honor the full amount of my gift card ($125). I applied $80 toward a massage. While scheduling another massage a few years later, I learned that my $45 balance had disappeared. When I inquired about this, Amber, the office manager, replied "Our gift cards do expire after a certain amount of time. We prefer you to use them within the year, but extend you a grace period of up to four years! during which to use your card." I was never told the gift certificate would expire.My balance was set to zero less than four years after the date of purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a $45 credit to The Still Point or a $45 refund to my friend who purchased the gift certificate for me.
