Stoneworx cut three separate granite counter tops before we where fed up and got our money backThey actually delivered the counter top +/- 10mm out of tolerance from their template drawing and no where near squareIT was over days of arguing to get our money backTheir quality control will tell you "its a natural product, so it is wavy"The first counter top was actually delivered with a broken off corner (dropped) and the installers actually installed it! This was the most pleasurable business experiences/transactions from the start to the end. The business goes way out and beyond for a customer in customer service, sales, and installation/after installation follow-up. Many after hours requests for samples were fulfilled into late night hours, the follow-up, the installation crew was second to none, and the quality of the job just totally exceeded our expectations by 1000%!! This company was very affordable(trust us we shopped and compared!!!) and was able to react and get our entire job ordered and installed in literally weeks!! We cannot thank the Stoneworx entire Team enough for this wonderful experience and you have made us absolutely LOVE our house after the work you did for us!! Please keep doing what you are doing for customers!! We have never been treated so well and had a company go out of their way to meet our requests/needs like the Stoneworx did for us. We will be a repeat customer NO DOUBT when the next project arises!!!! Aweome job start to finish Stoneworx!!!!
