Review: We had purchased 2 orders of furniture/items from The Stoney Creek Company in the past and very pleased with their services. We then ordered and paid for additional items. We had multiple email conversations and an invoice shown as paid in full from [redacted]. I work away from home most of the year and was not worried about his late delivery as he stated he was rebuilding into a larger company. Since he had delivered in the past, I was not concerned. I have received multiple emails from [redacted] saying "thanks for your patience, your items are nearly complete, will deliver in the next month" over the last 12 months.

The emails seem to repeat themselves and he will not answer any phone calls.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job or return my funds in full.

I prefer the job completed per our invoice.

Review: I ordered a fly tying bench from The Stoney Creek Company on 31 Oct 13 and made a down payment of $618.00 with delivery expected in 4 -12 weeks. My followups have been answered with multiple reasons why production was delayed. My final correspondence from Jeffry *. S[redacted] on 27 May 14 was that "Your item is built. We will be shipping over the next few weeks." Since that time phone calls and emails go unanswered.Desired Settlement: Criminal charges be brought against Jeffrey M S[redacted] for fraud. That his web site (http://www.stoneycreekfinefurniture.com/) be closed.

Review: On Nov. 7, 2013, my wife [redacted] ordered a fly tying desk set from Stoney Creek Fly Tying as a Christmas gift to our son, [redacted], Jr. of [redacted], VT. The purchase price of $2,781.00 was charged to our [redacted] credit card which was immediately posted and which has been paid. Now, 6 months later, despite repeated inquiries, the desk has not been delivered. We have an extensive list of email exchanges to substantiate these inquiries. More recently, we have demanded that our money be refunded if no desk was to be delivered, again with no action. We consider Stoney Creek to be in theft of our money. We request that Revdex.com take action to recover our money or get the desk delivered.Desired Settlement: We request that our money be promptly refunded or the desk promptly delivered.

Review: On December 17, 2014 I placed an order and a charge was placed to my credit card for a [redacted] Tool and Vise Station and a White Desk protector sized 7 3/8" x 11 3/4". I was told the order would ship in February. On April 5th I inquired as it had not been received and was told that it was progressing and would be finished soon. In July I began to phone and left numerous messages and sent an email again requesting an update with no response. I was finally able to reach Jeff S[redacted] in mid July and was told that the order was running behind and I asked that the desk protector be sent and I would continue to wait. On July 21st I received an email that the Vise station would be completed and shipped the following week but was never received. In mid August after no contact from the seller I received a package with a desk protector that is the wrong size (9 3/4" x 12"). No response has been received to numerous inquiries. At this point I have paid for two items and received one incorrect item and not the vise station.Desired Settlement: I would still like the correct desk protector and vise station. If that can not be delivered I would like a refund.

[redacted], owner of The Stoney Creek Company (fine custom & speciality furniture), received $1,170 for the construction of furniture (3 bookshelves), and issued on May 25, 2011 a Certificate No. SC-GC052611-100576 as evidence of such payment. At the time I was a state Representative & Chairman of a House Committee in the Texas House of Representatives, and this was a gift from my committee members. I ordered the furniture from **. [redacted]/The Stoney Creek Company several months after the date of the Certificate. The Certificate has no expiration date. Since then, after several emails and telephone conversations of promising to build and deliver the furniture, nothing has been delivered. I finally demanded about 2 months ago by email that **. [redacted] either deliver to me the $1,170 or deliver the furniture. He again promised to deliver the furniture by email but has not done so, nor has he refunded the money received for constructing the furniture. At this point, I would like **. [redacted]/The Stoney Creek Company to send me the full amount of $1,170 so I can use the money he has fraudulently kept so I can order other furniture elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Pay the $1,170 to me so I can order/purchase the needed bookshelves elsewhere as I no longer want to do business with [redacted] and his company.
