I am rejecting this response because:As I mentioned to them while in their office, the Unit was rented under my wife's name (*** ***) and our address at the time was *** *** ** ** *** *** *** ***We rented *** *** and I have pictures of the cleared out Unit.

[redacted], Dispute Resolution Specialist 1005 La Posada Drive Austin, TX 78753 Re: [redacted] ID #[redacted] In reference to the above complaint received from [redacted], I have attached correspondence records, the Final Account Statement, the Apartment Lease Contract and all other lease addendums. [redacted] was given a detailed explanation of her move out charges by email on August 5, 2014 (see attached). She was charged in accordance with her Lease Contract which required a written 60 day notice to vacate. Since we did not receive proper notice, she was also charged the Reletting Fee per Paragraph 11 of her lease. Also noted on this correspondence was a list of damages she was charged. Please refer to the attached documents which include the Move-in Inventory and Condition Form signed by [redacted] that does not indicate any problems with the counter tops as stated in her complaint. [redacted] was given additional time to make a payment arrangement on her balance due. We typically place accounts with our collection agency immediately when no notice is given but were willing to work with her due to her long tenure with The Villages of Sage Creek. She failed to contact us. At that point, she was sent to collections. Please review the attached documents and let me know if there are any questions.
