Dear Revdex.com,The StorageMall Rush had attempted to send back a courtesy refund of $to the tenant When the storage unit was rented it was rented under a business *** ***, Inc and *** Spaulding was the
agent of that compnay who signed the leased We sent a check back to *** ***, Inc July of 2015, and *** sent it back to us and wanted The StorageMall to put the refund check in her personal name beacuse she wrote back to us that that company does not exsist anymoreUnfoutunately legally we can not do that because the contract was in a business name and therefore refunds have to be sent back to the business.I do have the contract rented by *** ***, Inc and the original check we sent in July and the note *** sent back with check wanting refund in her nameAnd I did speak with *** on this matter that the refund check has to be made out to the business and not her personally.I can't scan in the documentation I will have to copy it and mail it directly to the Revdex.com office along with a copy of this response
