There were others that I saw having mold as wellI did complain about the mold the first day I got thereI did not open boxes until I got it shipped to Colorado springs. At that point I was able to assess the extent of the damages? I even transportated a live mouse that was stuck inside a box. There was mouse damages as well to new clothes that still has tags on them.? I did follow up with the insurance company they use to file a claimand of course the thing they do not cover is mold damage. Please try to find the corporate phone numberit's impossible to get oneyou have to email them and hope they call you back.I have emailed several timesI tried to follow the course of actionThis got me no whereThen the boss was rude and unwilling to cone to an agreement of some kind with no luck. This is why I need the help of the Revdex.com.?

First I'd like to clarify they claim I was in the unit 57 times. I have a small pick up truck I made several trips to get the entire contents of my home into the unit. The day I finished moving into the unit I moved to Colorado springs and the only other time it was opened was me sending a key to the moving company so they could see how full the unit was. Therefore it impossible for me to check on the unit.Second I  could care less about the last month rent. I am upset because my 4 thousand dollar tempurpedic King size bed had mold on it. My dressers. Baby changing table even my tool chest had mold on it and it's metal. Shoes boots DVDs clothes almost everything has mold on it. I have several pictures documenting everything . I even have pictures of the wall where there was mold.I did speak to another tenant and saw his computer chairs were totally covered in mold. The entire facility is a mold factory. There needs to be an investigation.  There were others that I saw having mold as wellI did complain about the mold the first day I got there. I did not open boxes until I got it shipped to Colorado springs. At that point I was able to assess the extent of the damages.  I even transportated a live mouse that was stuck inside a box. There was mouse damages as well to new clothes that still has tags on them. I did follow up with the insurance company they use to file a claim.. and of course the thing they do not cover is mold damage. Please try to find the corporate phone number.. it's impossible to get one.. you have to email them and hope they call you back.I have emailed several timesI tried to follow the course of action. This got me no where. Then the boss was rude and unwilling to cone to an agreement of some kind with no luck. This is why I need the help of the Revdex.com.

This is a complete and utter falsehood. The tenant was in and out of his unit a total of 59 times during his stay. No mention of anything wrong. Then when he moved out he wanted to be refunded a months rent because he moved out before the end of the month. The contract clearly states we do not...

prorate out. We investigated and also took photos of the unit and junk left behind and found absolutely no mold anywhere. There has been not one complaint, until his, of any mold what so ever. This gentleman is simply disgruntled because he was not given a refund. He also tried to send in a claim with the insurance company and they too denied his claim. These storage units are not inside a huge building. They are drive up non climate controlled storage units. Dust and pollen can occur over time and it is not mold. However I have no way of knowing as he never said anything till after he had moved out. Therefore giving no evidence of his claims other than his claims 7 days after he moved all his things out.
