Review: I reserved a storage unit online of 10x8 for $120 per month. when I arrived at the storage place, I was told the unit was under renovations and unavailable. they wound up giving me a 10x14 unit bc this was their error and I would be notified when the unit I originally reserved was available. this never happened because a unit did not become available. I went online to pay my next month and the charges were $240, the price of the 10x14. I called and was told the adjustments haven't been made yet and I'd be informed when they were so I can pay and any late fees would be removed. I heard nothing for days so I called again and was told incorrect statements. I asked for a [redacted] this was mid July and was told the [redacted] would call me. I still haven't heard from a supervisor. I've been there twice to try and get this corrected with no success. I now have a lien and foreclosure on my belongings and no access to my things. this is wrong and aggravating. and the charges still have not been adjusted.Desired Settlement: a discount for the continued problems, phone calls and travel needed would also be nice

Review: I have a storage unit with storage post for many years, the first issue was I contacted the representative to ask if there was a leak because some of my shoes had mold I was told no. The second issue they seem to go up on the rent several times a year and they give you less then thirty days notice but back date the letters they send out to make it seem like they are giving you thirty days I have called about this issue several times. The third thing I have called and emailed several times about a referral that I made and according to storage post you are suppose to get $50 off the rent I have called and emailed about this issued because they have no record but they do have the record of thee person I recommended. But nothing else.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the $50 referral credit. And I wish that they would give more then a week or two notice the the rent is going up.

Review: I have stored my items at this place for 6 yrs since the economic down fall. they worked with me several times and I was really happy they did .... this last time I fell behind due to an issue im working with the AG office ... I asked for a payment agreement and was told to pay $500 b4 the scheduled sale date of the items. I offered to pay 1/2 now sign the paper work and pay the balance on the day of, which was also my pay day. I never got a notice and thought the date was for March * ( a wednesday as it always is) but it was held the day before. On tuesday I got an email of sorry to see you go .. I immediately called to ask what was going on and was told my items were sold .. I was heart broken. then I got a bill for pretty much the same balance that I owed for the unit. the sold almost 5 thousand dollars worth of items for less than $40 and then sent my account to a collections agency.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay me for my items.

Hi - Here is our side in response to compliant [redacted]. [redacted] was renting two storage units with us at [redacted] store. Due to non-payment both accounts were scheduled for auction. She did not have funds to pay for it, so to help her out we executed payment plan to allow her additional time. She did not pay as agreed in payment plan and due to non payment one of the unit was auctioned. We spoke to her multiple times and she was aware of auction date, time and amount due very well.
