Purchased stove from Stove Barn Inside of stove reburner blew apart Firebox was replaced under Warranty Have had issues with new firebox glowing red - replace door and gaskets and plate inside of door Stove still glowingRecommended by Stove Barn to put in 1/2" liner - said Napoloen said it would correct the problemBy putting the liner in the problem has gotten worse When I called Stove Barn *** said he would charge me to take it out and *** also stated I could put liner in my garage I believe they have no intention of returning money for liner At this point, I do not believe they can correct the problem I am seeking full reimbursement of all money put into this situation

stove has broken down times in two yearsEven manufacture rep has no idea why problem keeps occurring
I claimed that it was a lemon from day They denied it
Now they admit the stove is defective but leaving me in the air without a solution
they are battling with the manufacturer and won't service at this time even if you pay for it
So for now there is no offer of a solutionWant me to wait until they get satisfaction
don't think this is rightSince they admit it is now a lemon they should immediately offer a resolution and not put us in limbo until they are satisfied with their resolution with manufacturer
I understand they think they got screwed but they sold the product and should make it right
Should refund my money, fix it right or replace with another p
