Horrible customer service. Lady on the phone doing the scheduling was very rude. I was told the appointment for my service would be between 9:00 and 9:30. When I called to check why the serviceman was late I was told they cannot guarantee appointment times, didn't know even the serviceman would show up. When I explained that I took time off work for the appointment and asked for a rough time frame when the service guy would be at my house the lady on the phone told me she would just cancel the appointment. This happened in the middle of fall and now I'm scrambling to get someone else out to my house during peak season.
If you don't want to be left high and dry don't use The Stove Guy. If you're okay with rudeness, uncertainty, not knowing if your appointment will actually be kept, and horrible customer service, by all means, give them a call.
I would not recommend this business to anyone.
