I ordered a house full of new doors and interior trim for my home. consisting of bi fold doors and regular doors. the regular doors are pre hung, the frames for the doors are made out of line and are falling apart. The main doors were supposed to be stain grade poplar. they are paint grade. the bi fold doors have several hinges that were installed in correctly and I have had to re set the hinges myself. four of the bi folds are warped. I returned the doors last week so the company rep could see them. I was told at the time of drop off that the bad doors would be replaced. I received an email from Dublin millworks yesterday that said they will not help me in any way to resolve the issue. All I got from them was an offer to deliver them all back to me at no charge .
We spoke to the customer, investigated his claim, and found that the material and workmanship was as he described. Spoke again to the customer and came to a resolution of the issue: we are providing replacement material that will meet with the customer's expectations and our high standards.
