This company is a scam. The representative I dealt with stated that I would not get any help if I only claimed myself, so he proceeded to state that he would claim 4 people, my mother, sister, and my father in order to get student loan relief. I immediately cancelled everything. You should not have to pay $1300 for assistance in applying for government student loan relief. Now I am wary that all of my personal information is available to the wrong companies/people. They also knew my checking account and the last four digits of the account # without me telling them or authorizing anything.
