We did not here from Ms [redacted] till about a month ago requesting transcriptsShe was personally handed transcripts the week of May In addition, we took the time to call the school in Pa to find out exactly what they needed and we sent an official transcript that week as wellThis was handled As far as the advertisingNot trueWe have hundreds of students who get an education, graduate, pass their state board exams and go on to successfully work in the fieldShe simply left school to move back to PennsylvaniaI consider this matter closedCathy K***President
We called the school that she went to in the other state and they told us they received the transcriptsThe attached documents proves the other institution received what they neededFor some reason they are asking for another copy so we are going out of our way to send them anotherAs the President and owner of this company, I never received a message from Ms***The first time I heard of this issue was with this complaint so I highly doubt she called timesNonetheless, the school in the other state has her transcriptsWe confirmed itI absolutely consider this closed
This was not resolved until after my complaint was filedI have photo evidence of the email I received from them today (June 2,2017) (it's the first attached image)I had my mother physically go into this school back in April to get these documents for me and they would not give her what I neededShe then went back in in May to try againI have emailed them a couple of times and called at least times and left messages at least half of the time and never once heard back from them until todayI had my mother call multiple times and my father called as wellThey would not return any of our calls or emailsThis has been an ongoing process for about two months, whether it was me or my parents, or my school trying to reach them. Please reference the second starched image above as a response to the advertisement, as I surpassed my character limit

As far as the false advertising. Not true. We have hundreds of students who get an education, graduate, pass their state board exams and go on to successfully work in the field. She simply left school to move back to Pennsylvania. I consider this matter closed. Cathy K[redacted]President
The Studio Academy likes to add fees and find ways to run up the price of schooling without warrant. After I had received my withdraw paperwork, A month later I received documents with an extra 1000.00 added to my account. When I contacted the finance department, their excuse was because I had gone back in and filled out the withdraw docs so I might be able to return to class, and they had changed policy 2 days prior to my filling out said documents. Keep in mind, I had received no documents sharing a policy change, this is also shady. More than one student has had to pay the "extra hour" fee because of their shady practices and taking advantage of people who are looking to pursue a better life by taking advantage of those who are not familiar with contracts. Do not fall fool to their advertising ploys, they have classes to get have their students manipulate their reviews on Google. I would say take your time and money to a school that is more about the education and less about their profit margin, while they do not make their money on clients they make their money on their students and their "grey area" finance tricks, do not waste your time
