Actually, the dispute between staff and the client was mutual and not something that happens at Folsom Taekwondo The client and I agreed in this resolution We have been in business for years and this is the first such problem and complaint ever filed We have served thousands of clients over the years who have all raved about the quality of our training programs In addition, we go above and beyond in our resolution of any and all issues from our clients What this individual does not say is that we do not charge for services until after they have been delivered We only bill clients, after the month has ended They consumed services before the disagreement that was resolved by cancelling their membership In addition, the calculation was re-reviewed and in an effort to satisfy the client, the additional monies was mailed to them So, they received full repayment even though services were rendered
