The Studio

Review: I purchased a package of 50 spin classes from this business in January 2012. Shortly after purchasing this package, The Studio greatly reduced its class schedule, limiting the number of classes I could attend. During the summer of 2012, The Studio closed with no notice issued to its members. I contacted this business January 2013 to inquire about the situation and received no reply. Shortly thereafter, their website was updated to say that they would be re-opening in another location and that classes would be transferrable. However, it has been 6 months and there has been no further update.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the 25 classes I was unable to use which amounts to $525 USD.
