I am surprised there aren't more business complaints listed for The Studio
I've never written a Revdex.com before but I've never been this frustrated with a company to have ever had the to desire to write one. I have been dealing with a extreme amount of frustration - all because this company can't get a Thread coloring right
(Project ID: ***) which especially surprises me for a creative company - to not understand the color in a design They've created once already. From my original design that I have approved I then wanted to move on to create JUST a smaller patch. But instead the design isn't progression to get even closer to the original coloring. They just change the color of a letter one at a time and can't seem to understand that all I want is the same logo but SMALLER. Not only this but their customer service department doesn't understand the first thing about escalation. Once a customer calls about something more than twice I believe it deserves a serious escalation because now it feels like you're trying to piss me off on purpose. This company NEEDs quality control and not even just for their patch production but for their quality of customer service. Although these reps are very sweet - they aren't the least bit helpful and just pass along my message to who knows who. I'm at the point where not only do I want/ deserve a refund but I want to completely cancel this project that I have been working on with this company for 3 months - which seems like a huge waste of both of our time but I cannot continue to deal with the same cycle.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a complete refund and a resolution - to either discontinue the production or for some sort of real manager to give me a call to understand that all I want is a design they had already created for me but SMALLER

We would like to offer our sincerest apologies to *** for the issue that occurred with her order and for any subsequent inconvenience to her.

There were issues matching the color requirements for *** patch design. This was a reorder with the same design, however, the design was to be smaller and the backing changed from iron-on to Velcro.

Since the backing of this reorder was different from the previous order, we needed to assign *** project to another factory and therefore the matching of the color became challenging to accomplish and taking longer than the usual time expected. *** should have been informed of the delays and updated frequently and we are very sorry that she was not provided with these updates.

With this said, on 3/11/20 we issued *** a full refund.

Again, our sincerest apologies to *** for this inconvenience.

They declined my refund after they tricked me to send them a photo copy of my driver license and my debit card information.
I ordered 250 Woven Labels and 250 Hang Tags on 12/04/15 total amount $400. My invoice #XXXXX.
When the mockup was sent to me, I did not click approve to have it produce. I've been communicating with the sale representatives over the years on how to get my refund. They keep on insisting me to order from them and they want me to except a store credit. Finally between 04/08/2019 - 04/11/19 They agreed to give me my refund if I send them a photo of my driver license and my debit card number where I want my refund process to. After sending them those documents they requested on 04/09/2019. I received an email on 04/11/2019 stating, as per their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee I will be receiving my refund in 3-4 days. On 04/16/2019 I received an email that my refund has been declined. I gave them a call and the representative on the phone said it was declined because the order was placed in 2015 and there is no prior refund request before 2019. I sent them a copy of the email of my request from a prior year to prove my statement on the phone. I don't understand why they wont give me a refund when I have never approve the mockup they sent me, the products have never been produced or delivered. It's unbelievable how they use the year is the reason why they declined my refund, which I have been requesting my refunds after all these years. I feel violated by this company due to their lies and deceiving ways to get me to take a photo copy of the front and back of my driver license and my debit card by saying they will give me a refund. I have prove of everything I mention in this complaint.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to refund my $400 into the card number I gave them. I don't feel it's fair for them to request my card information and photo copy of my driver license if they weren't going to give me a refund.

Although this order was originally placed in 2015 and a store credit was already provided to our customer in 2018, but to date never used, we have now issued a refund on 4/24/19 to satisfy our customer's request.
