I have purchased boot camp class private from this Bussines. I spent a lot of money being in florida to take this class like hotel, food, flights tickets and ubers since I was there. Before I went there I called Bussines owner and we made a reservation I told the bussines owner I was coming from other city to Florida only because of this course. I told her what I wanna from her bootcamp.She said it is ok and told me if I pay 1000 $ I would able to get whatever classes I want. So I did pay her 1000$ for boot camp. Unfortunately when I went there it wasn’t not like described on her website and she was not like what she promised. She was doing her own Bussines when she has time she was giving some information and puttting me different classes which I did not interest at all but she was taking people money and did not organize. I was always reminding her what we need to do it and when we start someone else coming for other class and she was leaving me there and skipping so money information and knowledge and going other group and help them with there class . Also other people was unfortunately they also not satisfied what they were getting because it was not at all how described on her website and what she said on the phone. And I also when she had little time to show how to make a product she did not describe and let me know why we were using as a ingredient. Shortly she had skipped so many stuff and information and I could not get what I asked for it. She was doing and show whatever she want it. A few products I tried to make it but that cause skin irritation under my skin it has been very Frustrating for me. I caused skin damage. I am not satisfied at all what I got from there . She was giving this service on grouphon for 35 dollars. She screwed me .It was not as described kindly I am asking full refund of this course which is 1000? Even if I spent so much money with other expenses I only wanna her to refund my 1000 dollars course payment.
