DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! The way I was treated by the store owner *** after I voiced that I wasn't pleased with my hair BECAUSE IT WASN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR is horribleMy stylist was friendly, it was mothe store owner and the rip off deal I received that is the reflection of this review I went in and asked for BLONDE balayageThe one request I made was that I want the blonde to be more of a white-blonde, not a caramel blonde because I don't like that lookI walk away with exactly what I asked NOT for - CARAMEL HIGHLIGHTSIt almost looks red/orangy in the lightNot only that but they tacked on an extra $for a "glaze"Did she ever ask me if I wanted a "glaze"? NoDid she ever explain what that is and that she's putting that on my head? No, but I get up to the counter and find out that I owe $for it, bringing my total to $TO HAVE HAIR THAT I HATE!!!!!! Not to mention the color, there are two parts that have a streak in color, like the color abruptly stops in a lineEverything I mentioned thus far could have been resolved, but here is where it gets much worse: I called the store owner to discuss and see if I could get someone to my hair (i had to call times to get a call back finally) and get that money refunded (just the $35) and before I could even explain my situation *** proceeds to tell me that "nothing is wrong with my hair" and "it looks blonde enough to her" She tells me I'm an aggressive person, etc., all this random name calling stuff before even trying to hear the issueBefore the conversation was over she told me she would pay me to never come in her salon againI mean it went from to in about seconds and I found myself basically begging for her to listen to me - I literally could not get a word in, I felt like the roles reversed and I was the one trying to calm her down to listen to meI've worked in customer service my entire life and it would NEVER be ok to treat someone this way, especially someone with a JUSTIFIED complaintNeedless to say I have never been more insulted and displeased with a service in my entire life and I would never in a million years recommend anyone to go thereI genuinely wish I could go back in time because now i'm two months out from my wedding day with freaking caramel highlights and with $less in my pocket
