I am a real estate agentI received a phone call from a telemarketer on 10/30/providing leads for real estateIn the conversation I told the person (***) I was not interested because I have too many clients working with at the momentI was told that I could sign up and put the account on hold and request leads as neededBased on this information I sign up and gave them my credit card informationI authorized $for leads with the understanding that the account was to be put on hold and I would tell them when I needed leadsI was told that to finalize the my application I would be contacted by an Account Manager, *** ***, shortlyImmediately after the hanging up the phone from *** they started sending me leadsI called back to tell them not to send any leads but no one picked up the phoneI was not contacted by the Account Manger until the next day, more than hrs and leads laterI told *** and the Account Manger *** that I wanted to cancelI also explai
