I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, On Saturday February *, I received Wellness Letters shoved into envelope with no letter of apology or explanation why they hadn't sent them earlier. This was a NO RISK order so I emailed them this morning requesting a full refund 1) because I am afraid I will not receive the next on time and 2) I do not deal with companies with poor customer service and this company has NO customer serviceI do appreciate Revdex.com's involvement in getting the first few Wellness Letters
