The Sue Smith Team - ReMax Premier Reviews (3)

The claim on 4/8/is unfounded and not true! In this transaction, I represented the purchaser and the seller was represented by Premiere Realty The seller failed to fulfill her contractual obligation to sell her home and asked for a Release of Sales Contract from the purchaser weeks prior to closing The purchaser was not obligated to release the seller, however, was willing to move forward with the Release of Sales Contract The purchaser was reimbursed by the Seller for his expenses incurred for the inspections, appraisals, title, etc ReMax Premier, was not compensated by the seller for producing a ready, willing and able buyer, which contractually she was obligated to pay I find it disingenuous that the seller contacted me on 4/11/to apologize for her behavior and to thank me for my professionalism, after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com on 4/8/ The seller explained that her inability to communicate effectively with her listing agent was the cause of her frustration The seller expressed that she has learned from this transaction and that it is important to hire and pay a professional realtor to represent her in a real estate transaction

The claim on 4/8/2016 is unfounded and not true!  In this transaction, I represented the purchaser and the seller was represented by Premiere Realty.  The seller failed to fulfill her contractual obligation to sell her home and asked for a Release of Sales Contract from the purchaser...

3 weeks prior to closing.  The purchaser was not obligated to release the seller, however, was willing to move forward with the Release of Sales Contract.  The purchaser was reimbursed by the Seller for his expenses incurred for the inspections, appraisals, title, etc.  ReMax Premier, was not compensated by the seller for producing a ready, willing and able buyer, which contractually she was obligated to pay.  I find it disingenuous that the seller contacted me on 4/11/2016 to apologize for her behavior and to thank me for my professionalism, after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com on 4/8/2016.  The seller explained that her inability to communicate effectively with her listing agent was the cause of her frustration.  The seller expressed that she has learned from this transaction and that it is important to hire and pay a professional realtor to represent her in a real estate transaction.
