Good morning [redacted] ,I am the owner of the Suisse shopI saw your Revdex.com compliant indicating you received Yellow icing instead of WhiteI talked to the employees and understood that they made the icing White, but because of the natural color of butter there was some Yellow tinge that came with it, but we never actually added Yellow color to the icingSince that is one side of the story, I would like to ask you for a picture of the cake to confirm what they have madeCan you please email me a picture so I can take a look and use that as an opportunity to train the employees on this aspect? If the instructions from you were for absolute White icing, its an error on our part to not to have brought it up as a potential issue given the natural color of buttercreamI do apologize in advance for the problemWhoever handled this should have called you, to at least talk to you after the event the next day, and done more (10% discount you suggested in the complaint) to handle this given you called right after delivery to alert us of the problemIf we added Yellow color (mistake) I will offer $store credit for a future purchaseIf its natural butter color and not colored Yellow by us, I will offer $store credit towards future purchaseWe will use this opportunity to train our employees so customers are advised ahead of time when absolute White color is a requirementWe have always provided the natural buttercream to all customers in a similar situation and this never came up, so it naturally never occurred to us, but is a good learning opportunity for us all.We have made cakes by the thousands, but never ran into this one beforePlease understand we are not trying to deflect blame, but its a problem I personally could have not easily prevented had I not come across this complaintWe will advise all future customers our white buttercream is not 100% WhiteI do like a picture from you to confirm what I am hearing from my staff.Thank you.-SrikSuisse shop

I do apologize in advance for the problem. If we added Yellow color (mistake) I will offer $130 store credit for a future purchase. If its natural butter color and not colored Yellow by us, I will offer $65 store credit towards future purchase. We will use this opportunity to train our employees so customers are advised ahead of time when absolute White color is a requirement.
