sorry for the late respond but it was busy at the restaurant and I needed to gather the reviews they posted on [redacted] not just him but his 2 other friends without trying to wait for an owner response...
let us go back...

to the incident details again..... as I mentioned over the phone is that those group of friends showed up at a busy night and for the bad luck we had a new girl that we had to call to come in a short notice and start working as one of the girls didn't show [redacted]
as I was informed they were looked after by the new girl and the other girl was trying to help her as it is her first night.... they were charged for 2 wraps and 2 shishas, 2 turkish coffee, and I double crown royal.....
we don't ask customers to pay for their bill without giving them the bill to review, not like he mentioned in his review.... he looked at his bill and found that there was 2 shishas charged instead of one after he paid.... he approached the manager and told him about the mistake and the manager apologized and asked him what they have ordered exactly to find the mistake.... they had a wrap, a shisha, 2 coke, and 2 coffee and one double crown royal.... so the manager did refund him 15.75 for the extra shisha he was charged for..... he came back after again and said that there is something else wrong and the manager asked him didn't you told me what you ordered and I did your bill and reimbursed you for the mistake.... and they started arguing while other customers were trying to pay and as I mentioned before the place was packed with short staff so not to create any scene when they started arguing he asked them to leave......
I was in a business trip when I saw the review on [redacted] so I replied to his review with a message to come down after my return day so we can resolve the case and that was in Nov 17 and before they report to Revdex.com and to your attention....but what [redacted] me off is the fact that his other 2 friends posted bad reviews against the business even though I sent him a comment to come down and see me when I got back on the 23 of November..... so that I why I didn't respond to his comment on when should we meet to resolve the case and discuss it....
