My car was towed without my knowledge and I am resident in the complexI was not refunded my money for the tow On Tuesday, June 5, 2018, I went to get in my Chevelot Malibu and my car was not parked where I let it the night beforeI called the office to see where my car was located and I was told it was towed without my knowledgeThe complex stated that I did not have an updated parking permit, so they towed my vehicleThere was not a sign that stated I could not park where I was parkedI asked the complex why wasn't I informed to move my vehicle before it was told they could not trace who the vehicle belong to, but the complex has record of all old and new parking permitsI had to pay $to get my car from the towing companyThe complex did not call me before to give me a chance to move my vehicle nor did they ask to help pay the fees for the towI would like a refund for the charges
