SNUGGLE NOZZLE LEAKS
I have used Snuggle for years with no problems. But the last (3) 150 fl. oz containers I have had a problem with. When I first open them for the first time, I take the cap off and the nozzle is at a VERY slight angle. I turn it ever so lightly so that I can push the button and fill the container. Works fine. HOWEVER, only I do that, the liquid leaks everywhere! I have it all over my laundry room. It's got to be not put on at the factory properly, because it's so slight at an angle that it wouldn't have been done at shipping to the store. I think you need to check your Quality Control to make sure that the nozzle is on straight up and down and not turned. Now I have a real mess to clean up (yet again!). [email protected]

I am an avid snuggle consumer the last bottle I purchased left stains on my clothingI just think it was a bad bottle

I am rejecting this response because:
I received your very overdue reply postmarked 5/29/to my
correspondence regarding the faulty container of *** that ruined the leather
seat of my *** *** *** truck in NovemberIt is coincidentally odd that your
letter is postmarked the same day that I filed a complaint with the RevDex.comThe letter is also oddly not signedI am very disappointed with
your response and am requesting that you send the container back to me along
with any reports from your lab and engineering departmentThe container still
belongs to me because I did not cash the check that you sent to me to try to
buy the container
I have used *** for thirty plus years
and have used *** dryer sheets since it came on the marketI do not
appreciate the way you have treated a loyal consumer of your productsPlease
keep in mind that I have many pictures of the container that do not show the
cap to be broken or tampered withIt is very clear that the cap was not formed
properlyI don’t think you even tested my container because it was lost in the
mail for two months & I never received acknowledgement from the *** that the certified
package was deliveredI will not be convinced that you inspected it until I have the container in my
hands againA corporation such as yours should have insurance for mishaps such
as theseInstead you have chosen to anger me for ruining my truck and I
certainly will share this incident with all of my friends, family, co-workers,

I tried Cuddle Soft fabric softener for the 1st time I was tired of paying too much money for the other brandsI was very, very disappointed with the fabric softenerIt's very watery and I found that I had to use more and the clothes were still not soft

Per the attached letter dated 5/28/14, [redacted] bottle was analyzed for manufacturing defect and found to be sound.  The bottle she provided was found to have incurred damage by impact outside the manufacturing and distribution process.  Therefore, our engineering and...

insurance team have determined that the bottle was not defective at the time of purchase.

Review: I purchased a jug of [redacted] with a faulty lid that leaked on the leather upholstery in my [redacted] truck. [redacted] suggested that I contact a professional upholstery cleaner for assistance in cleaning the spill. After several telephone calls to such people I learned that my circumstances are more difficult than first realized. The seats are different from conventional leather seats in most vehicles. The aniline leather is a natural, untreated leather similar to a saddle. These seats have no or very little protective treatments applied due to its porous nature. My problem is that the professional upholstery cleaners would not do the work for me because they said they could not guarantee the stain could be completely removed. The local [redacted] dealership told me that I would most likely have to replace the seat. The seats were in immaculate condition before the incident. It has now been six months & after doing everything I was asked to do such as send pictures, the container, etc. the matter is still unresolved & I feel they do not intend to do anything. Nobody can sit on the seat because the dye will get on their clothing.I feel that they have insurance for such damages and any reputable company would resolve this immediately.Desired Settlement: Replace the seat cover in my vehicle

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: All detergent Free and Clear states it is clear of dyes. However it has UV Brightners added to it. This is not listed anywhere on the label, not even under the ingredients list. This is fraudulent labeling. Detergent with UV brightner dye added to it is certainly not free of dyes. This mis-labeling has caused a problem for me. I laundered my expensive and delicate hunting clothing in this detergent believing it to be accurately labeled. Upon inspection under a black light I now see that all of this clothing glows like a neon light. Now I have had to re=launder all of the delicate clothing multiple times in detergent that is truly free and clear to remove the UV dyes that added. This has not only interrupted my hunt, but also taken a good deal of time, and caused substantial wear to my delicate previously water proof clothing.Desired Settlement: I expect Sun Products Corporation to accurately label their detergent, and state this product has UV Dyes added to it, and is therefore not free of dye additives.
