I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] both [redacted] and [redacted] had appointments the same day. same time as per your call on the 19th. And is your office in a habit of taking a small 8 year old child into a room tie them up with out the parent  being there? this is what happened on 11/20/2015 both my children were seen same day while my wife was in with one the smaller child [redacted] was called the child was taken with out the mother into a room were she was tied up and left there till mom asked about her. child was very scared.

To Whom it may concern,[redacted] , The Super Dentists Billing manager attempted to contact Mrs. [redacted] several times and left a voice mail message on September 9th, 10th and 16th.  We researched the claims and did not find any proof that we had sent Mr.s [redacted] to collections or had even...

contacted her in regards to her bill being past due or anything of that sort.  We do show that she had a payment plan with us for the balance on her account and had made a few payments on it.  We would still be willing to speak to her if she would like to reach out to [redacted] and we can resolve her account at that time.  Sincerely, [redacted]

Re: ID# [redacted]
To whom it may concern,
Patient [redacted] and [redacted] were seen at our office
for periodic and prophylaxis on 11/20/15. Patient [redacted], appointment was
made on 5/12/15; confirmed by mom @10:35am on 11/19/15.
No history in our...

system for appointments dated 10/09/15.
Patients [redacted] and [redacted] were not due for periodic exam and prophylaxis
until 11/13/15. Last periodic and prophylaxis dated 5/12/15.
On 11/21/15 at 5:49pm a future appointment was made for
12/21/15 for treatment procedures for both [redacted] and [redacted]. Appointment were confirmed on 12/01/15 and appointment was moved to that current day 12/01/15.
Both [redacted] and [redacted] have future appointments scheduled
for 6/17/16 for periodic and prophylaxis appointments.
Our office has automated calls to confirm appointments along
with emails, text reminders and live calls made from our office. If an
appointment is not confirmed our office policy is to release that appointment
for another patient.
After a patient has completed services in our office we try
setting up with parent/guardian for future appointments.
It is ultimately the parent/guardian responsibility to make
sure they have appointments set for future appointments. Our office provides
great communication with our patients sending reminders via email, text,
auto-call and live call regarding their appointments scheduled.
If an appointment is not on the schedule we try and accommodate
our patients any way we can.
Our office is a pediatric specialty office, some children
take a little more time than other. We want to give the patients the best quality
of care which at times can delay appointment times.
Sincerely,
The Super Dentists.

I also returned [redacted]'s call and left a message. I did get a call back from her today September 16th at 9 am this morning but I was in class and was not able to answer.  The payment plan mentioned in the letter was to pay for the laughing gas that was administered which I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it so I paid out of pocket. They have been billing me the amount my insurance mentioned they had already paid the balance. The woman I spoke to from blue cross in regards to the bill from super dentist mentioned they had already paid and gave me a check number. I will try calling [redacted] back tomorrow and will keep the Revdex.com posted. Thank you for your hard work
