Review: My furniture was in storage with this company for three months. I paid $300/ month. On the delivery day, I saw that all of my furniture was water damaged, as we're so many of the boxes. They weren't going to say anything if I hadn't noticed myself! So I did not accept many of the items and was assured by the [redacted] that he would have all the damage professionally restored. This incident happened on July *,2014. I have made many attempts, over the past four months, to either have my restored furniture returned or receive monetary reimbursement. He tried to return it once, but I still saw all the mold and mildew. He hadn't done anything! So he took it all back reassuring me it would be repaired. No surprise, it still hasn't been restored. They offered me $2500 for my furniture worth at least $13,000. I did not accept and have not heard from him since. The workers also stole two bottles of change, worth a combined $300, and an old fashioned record player.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my money for the move refunded ($3500), the storage Money ($600), and restitution for my furniture ($5000) minimum.
