Ordered my product over a month ago, they took my money immediately and sent me an order confirmation , and I have yet to receive any notification of shipping (which is what they say they will send once shipped, supposedly 5-days after confirming order) Over the last weeks, I have sent email, made phone calls (left voice mails, no one ever answers the phone), and sent a facebook message, and have yet to hear back from anyone This was a Christmas present, ordered well in advance to be received on time Now I have no gift to give, am out over $100, and have had no one contact me with an explanation I have contacted my bank to request claw back of charges, as well as contacted my lawyer to determine what next steps of fraud detection I can take

Over the last 3 weeks, I have sent 8 email, made 5 phone calls (left voice mails, no one ever answers the phone), and sent a facebook message, and have yet to hear back from anyone.
