I'd give this place stars if I couldWe spent $at dinner one night only to be treated atrociouslyThe wait staff was condescending and rude, the manger didn't give a [redacted] and we were rushed through like cattleThe food was sub par! Unfortunately we tried to return the next night for a drink only to be denied entrance for NO reason, yelled at and threatenedThe bouncer actually took his jacket off and attempted to fight a girl in our party! Please, anyone thinking of going here beware Please notice that a file was opened in for this business and they never were accredited This is for obvious reasons The kitchen continually overflows from an unknown source and flows across the floor into the eating area This is unsanitary and disgusting The fire marshall visits constantly because they are over capacity by law nearly every night Children aged are allowed to run freely through the bar area were alchohol is being served Alchohol is served without question to underaged drinkers This place is completely disgusting, over-priced, and has terribleand rude service For the amount of money they charge, I would not go there Additionally, there are many fights,as well as a constant aroma of marijuana So unless you want to be part of the next bust - I would stay far away

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. We spent $2000 at dinner one night only to be treated atrociously. The wait staff was condescending and rude, the manger didn't give a [redacted] and we were rushed through like cattle. The food was sub par! Unfortunately we tried to return the next night for a drink only to be denied entrance for NO reason, yelled at and threatened. The bouncer actually took his jacket off and attempted to fight a girl in our party! This place needs to be shut down.

Review: Made a 2 night reservation on the surf lodge's website on January **, 2015 and received a same day confirmation and the hotel took at deposit. Now, six months later (and three days before our visit) I received an email notice that the hotel cannot honor one night of my hotel stay, and is offering only a $100 discount on the other night. This leaves me unable to plan alternate accommodations, and has not clarified whether I am relieved of my Sunday night reservation. There has been no explanation of refunding any portion of my deposit whatsoever.

I have been diligently attempting to contact the Surf Lodge for the last 24 hours, and no one has returned my calls despite having spoken directly with the front desk on numerous times. I am now left unable to plan my weekend, and unclear on why or how Surf Lodge will compensate me. That this is all happening within days of the reservation is quite unbelievable and highly unprofessional.Desired Settlement: It will now cost more to stay at a similar establishment due to the last minute booking. The desired outcome is that the hotel REFUND all amounts I have paid, PLUS cover in full the cost of an alternate hotel (of the same type). This outcome would compensate me for the actual costs AND the total inconvenience and disregard of the hotel in trying to rectify this situation.

Review: I made a reservation on July [redacted] for 4 people at the [redacted] on [redacted]. I called up to make the reservation a month before and they do not take reservations a month before, and told me on June [redacted] I should go on to [redacted] to make the reservation. I woke up at 12am the day of to make the res, which I got. I then received an email a few days later letting me know that they had to cancel the reservation.Desired Settlement: I would like for the restaurant to honor our reservations on July [redacted]. They cannot tell me they wont accept reservations a month before and to go on [redacted] to make it on june [redacted] and then not honor it and cancel my reservation.
