We relocated to this area last winter. Retired military, disabled, fixed income. Bought a 70 year old house which had been previously rented, flipped & otherwise defiled (think; "The Amityville Horror" movie without the swarming flies). 2 weeks after we moved in, in 11 degree weather the mess surfaced. We checked [redacted] called Surfing Plumbers. The tech got under the house (16" crawlspace) & inspected as meticulously as if it wasn't totally miserable weather. Came in & discussed his findings, complete with photos, & suggested solutions. Throughout the past year numerous projects have brought them back, as well as a major sewer renovation by metro Nashville that required our tech to liaison with the city contractors & engineers. Never cut corners, never gaffed us off. Everything works terrific & we consider them trusted friends. Would recommend them to ANYONE!

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. As someone that works in customer service it is insane to me that someone as incompetent as the lady I spoke with still has a job. After they failed to show up on THREE separate occasions I called to find out what was happening, maybe they tried to call and had the wrong number, maybe they couldn't find the place, I don't know. So I called to find out what happened and literally just received an earful of abuse from the girl working the phones. Then she proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Called back twice. Got hung up on twice more, each time after asking to speak with a manager.

I still have yet to hear from a manager.

Warranty is laughable. Don't buy into their sales pitch.
They told me to my face today:
It is my fault they did a bad installation. It was my fault I didn't flush out the tank twice a year (I've had it less than one year)
Sorry to report that after having a brand new water heater installed (and financed). The installation went terribly wrong. The Expansion Tank filled with water, the solder to that tank leaked which damaged the new hot water tank.
when the leak was discovered this company came out and replaced the Expansion tank and re soldered? the piping. When I said I wanted a new hot water tank, they setup the appointment to come out here took up my time to tell me
It was my fault I didn't flush out the tank twice a year (I've had it less than one year)
So it's my fault they did a bad installation.
