Warranty is laughableDon't buy into their sales pitch They told me to my face today: It is my fault they did a bad installation It was my fault I didn't flush out the tank twice a year (I've had it less than one year) Sorry to report that after having a brand new water heater installed (and financed)The installation went terribly wrongThe Expansion Tank filled with water, the solder to that tank leaked which damaged the new hot water tank when the leak was discovered this company came out and replaced the Expansion tank and re soldered? the piping When I said I wanted a new hot water tank, they setup the appointment to come out here took up my time to tell me It was my fault I didn't flush out the tank twice a year (I've had it less than one year) So it's my fault they did a bad installation

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever hadAs someone that works in customer service it is insane to me that someone as incompetent as the lady I spoke with still has a jobAfter they failed to show up on THREE separate occasions I called to find out what was happening, maybe they tried to call and had the wrong number, maybe they couldn't find the place, I don't knowSo I called to find out what happened and literally just received an earful of abuse from the girl working the phonesThen she proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak with a managerCalled back twiceGot hung up on twice more, each time after asking to speak with a manager I still have yet to hear from a manager

We relocated to this area last winterRetired military, disabled, fixed incomeBought a year old house which had been previously rented, flipped & otherwise defiled (think; "The Amityville Horror" movie without the swarming flies)weeks after we moved in, in degree weather the mess surfacedWe checked *** *** called Surfing PlumbersThe tech got under the house (16" crawlspace) & inspected as meticulously as if it wasn't totally miserable weatherCame in & discussed his findings, complete with photos, & suggested solutionsThroughout the past year numerous projects have brought them back, as well as a major sewer renovation by metro Nashville that required our tech to liaison with the city contractors & engineersNever cut corners, never gaffed us offEverything works terrific & we consider them trusted friendsWould recommend them to ANYONE!

my heat pump error message said "low on refrigerant," so I thought I would give surfin plumbers a chance since it was new business and only located a few blocks from my homethe receptionist was very tentative, did not seem to know what a heat pump was but said that they could not come in the same day but would be at my house the next day, after 2:in the afternoon I gave both home and cell numbers and took the afternoon off from a hectic work schedule no one ever showed up or even calledi feel they should change their name from "surfin plumbers" to "sluggy plumbers," which would be lots more appropriate!
