Review: My 1 year membership ended October 10th 2014. I never agreed to a new membership & I have not attended a class since my original 1 year ended. My credit card on file has been charged $75.76 for 3 months without my consent or approval. I left messages, I sent emails to [email protected] and came in and talked to one of the class instructors who texted the owner who communicated thru the instructor that the charges from October & November would be reversed & my CC would no longer be charged. I took this information in good faith only to have my CC charged a 3rd time without my consent or approval or contract.Desired Settlement: Please refund the last 3 month charges ASAP.

Review: I had been going to this place to exercise for "pilates" for years. The structured changed when they changed management. The new owners had been incorporating more intensive exercises which is more for cross-fit. Since I had been having back issues and had been going to my Chiropractor, I decided to cancel my contract via email on May 10, 2015. I even asked them to "please not to charge my card". On May 11, I received a text message from [redacted] (one of the owners) asking why I cancelled and what could she had done to prevent the cancellation. So clearly she was aware I cancelled my membership. When I received my credit card statement, I saw a charged for May 12. I went ahead and paid this to avoid confrontation and disputes even if I was not going to use their Studio. However, my credit card statement for June 14 - July 13 showed two more charges one dated 6/12 for the amount of $129 and one dated July 12 for another $129. This I think is not right and I want them to refund me of he amount.Desired Settlement: I want the total amount of $258.00 refunded to my card on file. They should never do such charges to their customers who wants to cancel their services.
