Hi – in multiple locations throughout our website especially during the checkout process we have disclaimer stating the timeframe of the swimming Parkas during the winter season. Parker is generally takes 6 to 8 weeks but during holiday times and cold-weather seasons parkas take up to 12 weeks. We...

also have a policy whereas customers cannot cancel a custom order after we have committed resources to make that order. This team's jackets were delivered to the coach to pass out to the players. This issue has been resolved. We will not grant a refund as the parka was specially made for this particular order.
