Review: I ordered a shirt and 2 glow bracelets from T-qualizer.com on June [redacted]. I received 2 emails in the following days saying I should receive a tracking number soon. Monday June [redacted] I sent an email asking for the tracking number. I received a response saying that [redacted] was checking on my order and he would get back with me asap. Tuesday the same thing. I have been getting the run around. My order total was $30 and change. They were offering free 2 day Priority Shipping. I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone. I have sent them an email today asking for an update or a refund. Still no response as of 12:43 pm Central TIme.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. I would like for them to be flagged as frauds. The address on the T-Qualizer email has their address at [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I received my order on June [redacted]. I no longer need assistance.
