I wish that I knew that The T-Shirt Land had an F rating before I did any business with them! The T-shirt Land DOES NOT have their act together! I inquired to get a quote for an order for Pocket T-shirts on December 23, then on January 2, I received the invoiceFebruary 3, finally made the payment after many back-and-forth email communications, and then didn't hear back for a whileFebruary 12, I asked for the status of the order and they said that it would ship by February I called February for another status update, and they haven't even printed them yet! Then they sent me the proof and it was for regular T-shirts without pocketsI specifically asked for pocket t-shirts in my original inquiry, and they were about to print and send me the wrong orderAfter much frustration, I finally received the shirts in March, and they do look nice, but still the wrong brand! I will NEVER recommend The T-Shirt Land to anyone!

I ordered 120 ct tees. They came to me on time and done exactly as I ordered them. The employees I spoke to were very nice and patient as I had not ordered tees often. The ladies at the swim conference loved them!

After several orders with this company, it would take a lot for me to order again. Quality of product and price have always been good. What good does that do if you don't get your shirts? Customer service and delivery/turnaround are the worst parts about this company. It's things that are completely avoidable, as well.
1. On my last few orders I've had to call in multiple times to check on the order, because I had not received my proofs after sending in the completed, finished artwork many days before. They would check on the order and find that they had not even started on it! This caused the shirts to have to be printed quickly right down to the last minute in order to get them shipped to me in time (which will be another point).
2. Missed due dates - this could have been completely avoided per the last point. Twice I've had to chase down UPS in order to get my shirts because they were coming the very day I needed them, instead of the day I asked for them to be sent (due to my experience, I would always ask for an earlier date, otherwise they would not be there for the actual day).
3. HUGE SHIPPING ISSUES! They put their shirts into a huge box, but they don't pad the box with any other shipping material. They also put only one piece of tape on the seams, which is not enough to hold together a big, heavy box. Inevitably, the boxes get damaged (because they are not packaged right) during shipping. They've come split open, re-taped, or not at all.
4. THE LAST STRAW - On my last order, a box was lost by UPS. The other boxes came damaged (once again, due to poor package preparation). I assume the box that was lost was probably damaged along with product and UPS just threw it away and said they lost it. Either way, I called T-shirtland and informed them I did not receive the one box. They informed me they were working on it. Like always, I never got a call back. I had to call each time. The initial call was on a Thursday. I needed them the next Friday - 8 days away. I called them back Monday and UPS had not found it. I called Tuesday, and they informed me they would reprint the needed shirts and have them to me by Friday. I called every day to follow up because of my experience of having to do that or you don't get your shirts. Each time I called they assured me they would print that day. Finally on the day before I needed them, I called again. After all my calls, THEY STILL HAD NOT PRINTED THEM!!! I was not unkind any of the calls. I only care about one thing - getting my shirts when I need them. If you do that, the rest doesn't matter. They actually never reprinted my shirts until the following week, then they shipped them regular shipping so I didn't even have them the following weekend either.
FINAL - I have found cheaper places that I am now using. On huge orders over 1,000 t-shirtland is still cheaper, but the hassle is not worth it. The other places are not as flexible on how many shirt colors, but who cares. I'd much rather skip out on all the drama and hassle that this company creates. There is cheaper out there. I'd keep searching if I were you. You're bound to eventually run into problems with this place.

Review: On 12 March, I sent in an order for tee shirts from The T-shirt Land. I prepaid $563.00 for the order. I received an e-mail 3 days later to resend the artwork. I immediately resent the artwork. I then called the company and told them I had a deadline of the 28th of March and was told by [redacted] that the shirts would arrive on time for our event. He even went further in saying that the shirts were being printed as we speak. I called the company 3 more times to confirm that the shirts would arrive on time. My deadline came and went with no shirts. As of 3 April, I was told that I would receive a full refund of my money. I called the company on 6 April and was told it was refunded to my card. As of today 12 April, I still have not received any refund of my purchased. I have talked to [redacted] at the company twice today being told that the manager had to do the refund and was not in.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my money immediately.

Review: I have been trying for almost a year to get resolution on my poorly printed t-shirts and hoodies that are unsellable. I provided them information within two weeks of receiving my order. It took this long to go through them and fold them since I ordered a 1000+ items. I started with a phone call and they told me to outline it in an email which I did and took it one step further by providing photos. I even suggested sending them back but never received the promised phone call. I have sent numerous emails and have called numerous times but its always let me get with management and we will get back with you. The latest phone call with them they wanted me to provide them with a detailed invoice which I never got with my order. I provided my credit card statement, etc. but again never heard back from management. I'm at a loss for what to do now. I should have reported it to American express since I have purchase protection.Desired Settlement: I have suggested a store credit to them since I needed to order more shirts but I'm afraid of being done wrong again so I'm seeking a full refund for those items not correct.

Review: I placed an order with this company on April 14th, sent them a check on April 15th, was told that the product shipped May 7th- and STILL have not received it. The company did not ship the order or even process it until almost the end of May, even though I was originally told it had shipped. The order was for a high school soccer team's promotional t-shirts, which they had planned on wearing the last few weeks of school to promote the team. Now the last day of school has passed and I still don't have my shirts. The company has offered nothing in terms of compensation (except on "future" orders), and I was told by the manager that I would receive the guaranteed discount in an email along with his personal contact info (I never received any such email and requests for said email have been ignored). I also received an email from an employee that was highly unprofessional, informing me that the company had attempted to contact me twice (I was at work when they called), and that he did not completely understand the order. This was three weeks AFTER my order was to have been shipped (May 7), and they were still completing the screen printing. The fact is that I have still not received my shirts that they required me to pay for up front. The purpose of purchasing the shirts has at this point been entirely defeated because the school year is over; even when they do arrive, it will be too late to distribute them to players and students. It is my opinion that the company should take responsibility for their error and provide my institution with a full refund immediately. The only thing consistent in my interactions with this company has been the intense lack of professionalism in how my order was handled and the apparent inability to communicate whatever issues the company was having with my order to me in a timely and respectful manner. In one conversation, the manager informed me that the company receives many orders every day, as if that excused their errors!Desired Settlement: It is my opinion that the company should take responsibility for their error and provide my institution with a full refund immediately. The company conveyed entirely false information regarding the shipping date, and there was no error on my part as the customer in terms of providing necessary graphic design files, etc. A full refund will allow our sports program to avoid a net loss of $342.00; any smaller discount or partial refund will still be tantamount to the theft of funds from the team.

Review: We ordered 101 t-shirts custom printed from T-shirt Land in Anaheim Ca. We were promised a delivery date of Jan 21, 2014. We received on Jan 20, 2014. The shirts were not printed correctly. Customer service has given me the run around, so I spoke to a manager. He offered a discount to take them as they are. Problem is: these are for a customer of mine and he wants them printed the way they were designed, which is what he approved. Now I'm told it will take a week to get them reprinted and shipped, but my customer's trade show is next week. Everyone at this place lacks customer service skills. I sent several emails and none have been replied back to. Calls to the manager have been put on hold and left there until someone comes along just to tell me the manager is not in. Today, Jan 23, 2014, at 4:00pm my time, I finally received a call back with a promise to print and ship by Jan 28. I was also told 3 days ago by someone I spoke to that day I would receive a return label to return the wrong t-shirts...which I have not received as of today. My customer's deadline is approaching and they seem to not be making any effort to rectify the problem.Desired Settlement: I want the order reprinted and shipped by the promised date of Jan 28 and shipped overnight to meet my customers third and final deadline. If not received to meet the deadline I want the money refunded. All printed t-shirts will be returned at T-shirt Land's expense within 24 hrs of receiving a return label from t-shirt land.

Regards,

Ordered printed shirts with logo above pockets....got the shirts and they look pretty good.....except no pockets! Called several days now and am told everytime the "supervisor" is out of the office and has to call me back in 20 minutes....still haven't heard back from them for a week! I am still optimistic we can get something resolved, but that is dissipating pretty fast.

I wish that I knew that The T-Shirt Land had an F rating before I did any business with them!

The T-shirt Land DOES NOT have their act together!

I inquired to get a quote for an order for Pocket T-shirts on December 23, then on January 2, I received the invoice. February 3, finally made the payment after many back-and-forth email communications, and then didn't hear back for a while. February 12, I asked for the status of the order and they said that it would ship by February 18. I called February 24 for another status update, and they haven't even printed them yet! Then they sent me the proof and it was for regular T-shirts without pockets. I specifically asked for pocket t-shirts in my original inquiry, and they were about to print and send me the wrong order. After much frustration, I finally received the shirts in March, and they do look nice, but still the wrong brand!

I will NEVER recommend The T-Shirt Land to anyone!

Review: I am extremely disappointed with their services. I placed an order November 27th for 50 t-shirts to be delivered to me by December 5th and they were never delivered. I them an extra week to get them here, and called again to check on them a week later. [redacted] informed me that they haven't even made them yet because they couldn't put the bottom print on the t-shirts. I repeatedly told the gentleman on the phone the first time I called that I did not want that print on the bottom, to take it off. I paid over $200 November 27th. The second time I called, I was angry, [redacted] told me she would fix it and I would have them by December 24th. It is now December 26th. I never recieved emails, phone calls, or anything in regards to my shirts that I ordered. I needed them before the new year and now due to this lengthy and annoying process, I do not have those t-shirts needed. After a rude phone call from [redacted], I recieved a full refund. They never offered to ship them out on rush or anything, [redacted] just annoyingly said he would give me a full refund and I will be getting an email conformation. I, or the surrounding organizations of me, will not be using this "company" again.Desired Settlement: Due to the month I lost waiting for this company to send me my t-shirts, I have to pay another company twice as much to make them for me by January 1st 2014. I would like to recieve $218 worth of t-shirts for the inconvience and trouble I have to go through to order from a different organization the next time I am in need of a tshirt. If this company would not have slacked off, I would not have to pay twice as much ($400+) for the same t-shirts. I have never been so disappointed in a company.
