Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It does not acknowledge the business' responsibility As outlined in the complaint, the business should be responsible for honoring its offer (*please refer to original complaint) Not honoring an advertisement is unethical and potentially illegal In this case, there was an offer which was accepted by me, the customer, and then the business reneged on its offer There was no "additional service that was requested by the customer" "Additional services" as described by the business at point of acceptance of the business' advertised offer were to be any extra additives, lotions, bronzers, etc., none of which were "added" into the standard Mystic tanning process to account for an increase in price The actions of the business were wholly dishonest The business has simply failed to honor its advertisement in an attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers and charge them more money As you can clearly see by the attached image of the business' flyer, Mystic tans are $ I have now spent an inordinate amount of time having to deal with the an unscrupulous actions of an organization for which I have received no satisfaction Sincerely, [redacted] ***

There is an additional fee for a service the customer requested. To accommodate the customer we have given $15 store credit for the service.
