Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I did receive an email saying my money would be refundedI have to check with my credit card company to make sure it was in fact refundedI still find this business' practices, including disorganization, lack of responsiveness, payment policy which requires payment weeks before being approved as an expert, and non-functional computer system for registering, unsatisfactoryThe ordeal of trying to register as an expert with this business was quite questionableDue to the lack of response after I first registered and paid, and then when what I entered into the computer system appeared totally different than what I had entered, I questioned whether this was a legitimate businessI had to repeatedly enter my profile information into a system a company representative named Jim acknowledged had gliches.I noticed that MrJames ** R [redacted] , says to contact him if you have questions but there is no contact information in the letterThere is also a notation of an enclosure, but it is not included in the pdf that is visible to me.I was told by a different James or Jim at TASA that due to the difficulty and delay in getting my information to stick on their website in this registration program they have, I would be refunded my money but allowed to continue as an expertThat never happened, and I never got an apology.Due to the poor and inconsistent service with this company, I am still not happy, but I accept the refund as satisfactory resolution, provided the refund was actually made Regards, [redacted]
