After wasting hours on other car lots, I filled out the form on AnyCarUWant.com at 7PM on a FridayWithin an hour, I was contacted by JBailey from the Lubbock locationBy lunch the next day, He had found me exactly what I had asked for (other dealers said couldn't be found)! After a few minutes on the phone with MrBailey, I confirmed via a text, and the vehicle was transferred to the Addison location, detailed, and fueled up for me [redacted] Reagor was waiting there to answer any questions I might have, and after a few minutes I was on my way! Buying the vehicle sight unseen, I was a little worried about what I would receive; however, the vehicle far exceeded my expectations! I've had it for several days now, and I couldn't be more pleased! This has been the most enjoyable, simplest vehicle purchase I ever experienced, and I've purchased over different vehicles over the years! I know where I'll be buying the next in the years to come...Reagor-Dykes Auto Group! Amazing people, incredible service! WOW!!

I had my credit ran and approved without permission for a truckAfter it was said it was accepted , it was sold without any notice to another personAfter that was done I then need to reapply for another truck and afterwards I didn't get approved due to the many credit inquiries that were done This is no way a legit business and I feel cheated out of being able to get another vehicle due to the damage done by this company and credit inquiries The finance group at the location in Lubbock Tx does not have a clue about how approvals and credit scoresSomeone really need to look into this location very very bad business
