I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The apology offered by the Termite Guy on 1/were in reference to the original delay, which we accepted as it was due to weather conditions out of their control, and they communicated the delay to us in a timely mannerHowever, they assured us at that time that the work would be completed no later than 8am on 1/Their workers did not even arrive at the property by 8am, and the work was not completed until significantly later in the dayNo explanation was given until after we called to complain, and different excuses were offered, suggesting they were simply trying to say whatever would get us off the phoneOur complaint is in regards to this second delay, the lack of honest communication at that time, and the stress and problems caused for our other contractors due to Termite Guys delayNo equitable solution was offered by their manager, and despite attempts to contact him afterwards to discuss issues, the only communication we received were demands for payment, with the threat of additional fees if we did not payWe have remitted payment to avoid such feesBut the company never contacted us to discuss the issues, and has offered no compensation for not meeting the deadline of which we were assured after the first delay
