On March 7th [redacted] called our office and spoke to our office manager Sandra and complained that tiles were broken during the fumigation and he wanted them to be replaced after he had declined to get the optional tile roof warranty and also signed our roof wavier that states we are not responsible for any broken tiles that are broken during the fumigationAs a courtesy to Mr [redacted] we told him when the technicians would return to the property on Wednesday March 9th to finish repairs they would also replace all broken tiles that were broken during the fumigation free of charge to Mr [redacted] All tiles that were broken were replace on March 9th so all the concerns Mr [redacted] had has been taken care of and completed

TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMER HAPPY WE REFUMED PROPERTY AT NO COST TO HOMEOWNER ON 09/16-18/ON 10/08/WE RECEIVED, YET ANOTHER EMAIL FROM *** STATING SHE WAS STILL SEEING ACTIVE INFESTATIONWE ASKED HER TO SEND PICTURES OF WHAT SHE WAS SEEINGWE RECEIVED PICTURES THAT WERE DRYWOOD TERMITE
WE ASKED HER WERE SHE SAW THESE DRYWOOD TERMITES AND SHE STATED OUTSIDE, ONCE WE MENTIONED THAT THEY WERE POSSIBLY SWARMERS SHE CHANGED HER STORY AND SAID THEY WERE FROM INSIDE THE PROPERTY
WE HAVE TRIED TO PLEASE HER BEYOND MEANS AND ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASSIONAT THIS POINT WE ARE MORE THEN GLAD THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED TO THE Revdex.com

Dear [redacted], I would like to reopen the complaint case against the termite inspector.  The company is lying, they never offered me to clean out old pellets  on the      property. If they had asked me I would have love someone to clean up the pellets. Even after the 2 fumigation within 7 months period, immediately 1 week after the second fumigation, there were hundreds of termite around home, and in the kitchen, some inside the hallway under the attic I have video and pictures to prove it. The house still infested, I am going to have another inspector prove it , and also I am going to write unsatisfactory comment on the yelp if they don’t refund my money. This particular termite company “the termite inspector form lemon grove, sand Diego” didn’t kill any termite even with 2 fumigation. . my house is still infested, they need to refund my money.[redacted]
