Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/07/18) */ Her AC was broken for 2 weeks because it rained for 2 weeks straight. No one is allowed to work on any type of electrical outside while it is raining. She was given an window unit to compensate for not having AC. Once weather permitted her AC... was fixed promptly. I also offered to compensate her. Her AC has now been fixed for over 2 months. She is welcome to terminate her lease but we will not give her May free. Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2016/07/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My AC is still not working properly currently. This has been going on for months back and forth, not for two weeks like previously stated. I am putting in report week after week, but they seem to only be putting band-aids on the actual problem. It freezes over and will not produce cool air, ever. They burn it off on the coils, and add freon. That lasts for about one day. They have not done anything further to try to actually fix the AC unit. I have pictures of it frozen and pictures of the thermostat in my apartment. Last night it was high 80's and I could not sleep. My dogs are hot as well. These are not living conditions anyone would like to live in. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2016/08/05) */ We have promptly fixed every work order that you have put in. We realize that it did freeze up but there are some issues that sometimes take trial and error to figure out the issue. With HVACs it is sometimes hard to pinpoint the issue immediately. When your AC goes out at night please call the office and we have an answering service that can page maintenance. That way you can sleep comfortably and we can fix the unit that night. We have 24 hour maintenance. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused with the AC. Unfortunately we cannot give you a month free but we can definitely work out some sort of resolution. What can we do to resolve this issue?

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/10/08) */
Repaired listed items in complaint. We had vendor com out and caulk window. Counter top was repaired and we followed up with resident to ensure completion. Addressed behavior of office staff. Also talked with resident's fiance and apologized for...

our behavior as a staff and the miscommunication.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2015/10/09) */
